Praise the Lord for your healing and knowledge! Great job. Whole foods just make sense and really don't take so much extra time. I enjoy cooking from scratch, even simple foods that I make! I hope you can keep posting these challenges. Helps me a lot! I will make some veggie wash as soon as I find a spray bottle.
I'm sure your bread turned out wonderfully. :) When we run out of homegrown potatoes, we always buy organic. Actually, we always by organic for the dirty dozen although so many items on the list are seasonal. Thanks for sharing your journey to better health with us, Mary! Blessings, ~Lisa :)
I'm so happy to hear that you are feeling better than you have in a long time.I'm also thrilled to know that green tea counts as water intake.....happy dance. I'm learning to like green tea.I need to put the dirty dozen list on my ipod until I get it memorized.Have a great weekend, Mary!Tracy
Hey, I love that about green tea! I've been drinking it because it's warm as well as for its health benefits. We're probably going to expand our garden this year so we can grow our own potatoes. Thanks for the veggie spray wash recipe. It's great that you're feeling so well. I'm slowly heading down the sprouting soaking fermenting road too. We'll see how it goes.I'd love it if you joined Fit Mommy Fridays. It's very simple to do, and your posts are always so informative! They would bless people.Annie Katehttp://anniekateshomeschoolreviews.com/2012/01/fit-mommy-friday-a-slow-week/
So happy for you!!! Great job!!
Sounds like things are going great for you. Glad the Lord is continuing to show you what your body needs. What a blessing. :)
Hi, Mary,I'm so happy all these new health measures are working out for you! We've incorporated a lot of this, also, after doing the Maker's Diet a few years ago, and using "Nourishing Traditions" as a foundation. And how wonderful that you're feeling the results! Praise the Lord. May He continue to give you good success and radiant health.Blessings,Wendy
Hi Mary,I'm so glad you're joining Fit Mommy! :)((hugs))Annie Kate
I'm so glad you're feeling the improvement. I'm normally pretty careful about what I eat, and the past two days, I have been eating like an alien or something. And I can FEEL that already. And it's not a good feeling.Nipping it in the bud.I'm clicking the video now.
Thank you, each sweet comment brightens my day. Blessings!
