I have found that I LOVE challenges and found one I liked. This one was a 30 day health challenge but I don't feel compelled to post all 30 and not all in one months time. I will post one a week that I want to challenge myself with and share with you while doing it. This first challenge is actually very hard for me. I never knew how hard it was going to be for me but I am determined to master it, drinking enough water. I hope you enjoy these health posts for the next while. I will post one a week till I am done and hopefully be healthier in the end with some good habits starting to be established.
I hope it goes well for you.
ReplyDeleteI'm really enjoy T-Tapp MORE. I've finished the bootcamp and now I'm doing it every other day. Its going well so far. :)
Before I can start learning to drink more water, I need to fight the urge to eat so many sweets. It's only been the first day, and I'm loosing my mind! :/
ReplyDeleteBeen doing a little more exercise. I used to be in good shape, but now? Ugh! Pray for me.
Oh yes just started on this habit myself today lol!! Great minds think alike hehehe We Have to be drinking plenty of water...I look forward to reading about your health tips and ideas...I am going to be trying for a much healthier year myself~ Thanks for sharing Love Heather

I think I'm going to join you on this one. I was reading in my T-Tapp book about the benefits of increasing my water intake just last night...
ReplyDelete7:30??
Blessings!! ~Lisa
Since beginning to drink a green smoothie every morning, I crave liquids...but not coffee, which you know my friend, it is a very good thing :-)
ReplyDeleteDrinking filtered water is extremely beneficial. It does stop the cravings to eat. In fact, there are times when I feel hungry and then I drink a glass of water and I begin to feel full again.
Good for you Mary in sharing this with all of us!

It is so hard to drink water! Especially now because it just makes me cold. Best wishes on your challenge!
ReplyDeleteI go in fits and starts with drinking water. Today I'm not doing good at all. Your talk about the T-Tapp videos inspired me and I am ordering my first T-tapp video today. I hope it comes quick!
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
Deborah
I'm glad you will be posting these! I need to drink more water too! Thanks for the encouragement!
ReplyDeleteIncreasing water intake is on my 2012 goal list as well. We can cheer each other on!!!
ReplyDeleteI am doing this! I know it works but got lazy last year. We can cheer one another on. Come on by the blog and take a look at the baby!
ReplyDeletethanks...right with you on this challenge...I have been drinking all day before I got here to your post. The draw back...have to stay very close to the bathroom!! LOL I hope my system adjust.
ReplyDeleteWater is one of the few things that I drink. I've never been a cola girl or other such drinks. I like sparkling water flavored with fruit so long as there is no sugar.
ReplyDeleteBut now... don't think I have a hold on this thing either. That's all I drink (cold), but I do not drink enough of it either.
That's one of my goals this year too, to return to better water habits.
Clicking the video now...
Did you give the source for that? Never mind, I'll google it. I loved her video and would like to check in daily if I can just MAKE myself take the pair of minutes to do it.
ReplyDeleteReady to go.
I already love lemon water. I just have to remember that bit about having it first thing in the morning and waiting for breakfast.
This is a good reminder, Mary. I don't drink nearly enough water. Thanks for the healthy reminder...and for the extra traffic you sent my way. ;)
ReplyDeleteLove and ((hugs)),
Lisa
