  3. I love how your raised beds are so "natural"...as opposed to the poly-boxes that sit on top of our suburban manicured lawns, LOL! Just lovely :-) Though I love the blossoms on those cherry trees when they open, I am grateful that this season is ending here in IL, since my allergies were pretty bad this past month! Your photos never make my eyes water, though, so I will thoroughly enjoy your blossoms when they make their debut!

  4. Our mountain and town was shrouded in thick fog this morning, too.
Our rhubarb is going to seed while yours is just starting.
Our raised beds are getting ready to sleep off the winter.
The amazing cycle of life keeps turning and keeps us connected.. though at different points along it's path.
It's lovely to see what is happening around your homestead, Mary.
    Your photos are simply beautiful!
    love and blessings..Trish

  8. So glad to see you enjoying your camera, Mary. LOVE the second shot (skirt, boots, raindrop circles)! I think you're about two weeks behind us by the looks of your cherry tree buds... Rainy here today, too. Blessings, ~Lisa :)

  9. I know you know this, but I want to tell you anyway that you live in such a beautiful place! I can't imagine having that view of the mountains from where I sit down here in Piney Stick Flats. Even your raised beds have personality. Ours look like little graves or something.

    I liked this post!

  13. I love your new headcoverings from this and your last post! Do you have an Etsy shop? They would be particularly nice for fall and winter around here! :) God bless and keep you!

    1. Thank you so much I don't have a etsy shop right now. If I could figure out a way to knit faster I would sell them. [o; Right now they are acts of love to family and friends. I can give a simple how to sometime soon though.

    1. Thank you so much. Yes I did knit my head scarf. I am playing around with creating a pattern. Still playing and hope to figure out the length I like and will also play with stitch patterns. Thank you for asking. I do hope you visit again.
