A Journey To Better Health Continues into 2012~ Increasing Water Intake

I have found that I LOVE challenges and found one I liked. This one was a 30 day health challenge but I don't feel compelled to post all 30 and not all in one months time. I will post one a week that I want to challenge myself with and share with you while doing it. This first challenge is actually very hard for me. I never knew how hard it was going to be for me but I am determined to master it, drinking enough water. I hope you enjoy these health posts for the next while. I will post one a week till I am done and hopefully be healthier in the end with some good habits starting to be established.

  2. Before I can start learning to drink more water, I need to fight the urge to eat so many sweets. It's only been the first day, and I'm loosing my mind! :/

Been doing a little more exercise. I used to be in good shape, but now? Ugh! Pray for me.

  6. Since beginning to drink a green smoothie every morning, I crave liquids...but not coffee, which you know my friend, it is a very good thing :-)

Drinking filtered water is extremely beneficial. It does stop the cravings to eat. In fact, there are times when I feel hungry and then I drink a glass of water and I begin to feel full again.

Good for you Mary in sharing this with all of us!

  8. I go in fits and starts with drinking water. Today I'm not doing good at all. Your talk about the T-Tapp videos inspired me and I am ordering my first T-tapp video today. I hope it comes quick!

    Blessings!

  13. Water is one of the few things that I drink. I've never been a cola girl or other such drinks. I like sparkling water flavored with fruit so long as there is no sugar.

But now... don't think I have a hold on this thing either. That's all I drink (cold), but I do not drink enough of it either.

That's one of my goals this year too, to return to better water habits.

    Clicking the video now...

  14. Did you give the source for that? Never mind, I'll google it. I loved her video and would like to check in daily if I can just MAKE myself take the pair of minutes to do it.

    Ready to go.
I already love lemon water. I just have to remember that bit about having it first thing in the morning and waiting for breakfast.
