Oh the balloon...it was a word from the Lord, like a gentle kiss and reminder to look up. The weekend had been hard, the move, well where we are moving, still not sure...He just woke me with a huge balloon and Good Morning! I love when He just shows us He is there in such a memorable way!
Skirts just make you feel like a woman... I think we walk more femininely, slow down just a bit, and rejoice in what God created us to be. You look beautiful my dear.
I love your skirts. I went out to take pictures of my kiddos working in the yard this morning, and I noticed that the two older girls were wearing skirts...and thought about you! When I came inside, I saw your post! Funny! Have a great day!
Thanks for sharing your photos. You look so lovely in all the skirts. :o)
If you're interested in the book I mentioned on my blog, "The Gentle Art of Domesticity". I bought it at Chapters for 9.99 and it was in the bargain section under "home/gardens". If you get a chance to buy I know you'll really like it. :o)
You look lovely and "at home" in a skirt. This, in itself, is an accomplishment these days. I like your ruffled skirt with the the purple flowers. Sitting on a weathered fence with the lilacs in bloom places your ensemble in the just the right setting. Oh, you have a red door, too? Karen
Your skirts are lovely! Thank you for sharing :) I've been praying for your health, too. I've missed visiting friends, but I think my season is keeping me away from the computer.
How fun that we are both named Mary and write blogs about corners.
