Thanksgiving Dinner 2011

Twenty-one attended and we had a wonderful time. Grandma, Grandpa, grandsons, granddaughters, Great Uncles and Great Aunts, Aunts, Uncles, brothers, sisters, brother in laws, sister in laws, nephews, nieces, sons, daughters, cousins, and good family friends all came and celebrated The Order of Good Cheer. Lots of good food, conversations, music, laughter, playing, and pumpkin pie to boot. Thank you Lord, for this years bounty that you have blessed us with.

  1. Looks like a great time was had by all! Love the pictures, especially that one down in the corner -- looks like someone got to do a little knitting! Blessings to you and yours, ~Lisa :)

  2. Who is the grey-beard with the red cap, and what is the instrument he's playing? Looks like a wonderful time of good food and fellowship, Mary! Bet you're going to need one day of "feet up" on the couch, eh?

  3. That is my hubby's aunt's boyfriend. I am not sure what the instrument is called but I do know he made it. I loves making stringed instruments.

Regarding my feet up? Yes, yesterday I took it slow. Today I am still moving slow but need to pick it up a notch. Hubby and I are going apple picking this afternoon. I rather be knitting with a cup a tea. [o= But harvest is calling!

    Blessings<><

  5. Yes, Maria I am the camera woman so I don't get in many pictures sadly. I even took the one of knitting if you can tell there is only one hand holding the knitting, lol.

  6. Looks like a great time. So glad it went well.

I sent you an email a few days ago. I know you are busy, but the only reason I bring it up is sometimes my emails go into peoples spam folder because it's from my personal site. So when you have time can you see if you got it? Thanks.

  15. Looks like a lot of fun! I particularly like the little guy with the red beret and playing the instrument. Is that a dulcimer by chance? I love dulcimer music!

    Grace & Peace
